Counterparties and source of funds
We may conduct proportionate identity, ownership, sanctions, reputation and source-of-funds checks before progressing material transactions or relationships.
Conflicts of interest
Actual or potential conflicts should be disclosed promptly and managed through appropriate review, documentation and decision-making.
Gifts and hospitality
Gifts and hospitality must be reasonable, proportionate, lawful and never intended to influence a business decision improperly.
Reporting concerns
Concerns may be reported confidentially to legal@wgglobalholdings.com. Retaliation against a person who raises a genuine concern in good faith is not accepted.
